Life can be challenging for anyone and at anytime; young or old, there are many thoughts, feelings and experiences that can find us feeling off balance and unhappy.
As a specialist CAMHS practitioner and qualified counsellor, I have helped and supported numerous children and families over the past decade. Within my warm, accepting and confidential setting in East Grinstead, children, young people and family members have the space to reflect and focus on their specific challenges.
Many years of working within specialist areas has enhanced my practice and ability to offer support, therapy and training for a host of areas including anxiety, depression, self harm, challenging behaviour, bereavement, anger management, sleep difficulties, medical disorders, birth stories and medical trauma, to name but a few.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or want to arrange an initial consultation or training.

Zoe Pizzie, RSCN, Dip CP
Child and Family Specialist and Counsellor
I started my career within nursing in 2001, specifically focusing on neonatal and paediatric intensive care. This has given me a foundation with counselling parents and families through difficult and challenging times. I have since developed my career & training with a counselling pathway in mind and worked for CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services, NHS) over several years. Within this position, I have gained a vast amount of experience, training and supervision in therapeutic approaches across a huge variety of different circumstances.
Within CAMHS, I have written and presented packages for groups of up to 60 delegates on topics such as anger management, attachment theories and emotional wellbeing. In addition to these, I have also provided a specialist service for ADHD and have designed and spearheaded numerous parenting courses.
I am certified in counselling and psychotherapy and adhere to the NMC and BACP code of conduct and confidentiality policies.
Inspired was set up for every child, young person, parent or family member to feel heard, understood and encouraged, in a warm, supportive and non judgmental environment.
Inspired is for families and professionals to have an understanding of emotional wellbeing and the positive effects on a healthy lifestyle.
