Inspired offers a tailored service that is specific to your needs.  We are ready and able to design a package with you at the end of an initial consultation, where we can discuss the challenges you are facing and your hopes of how Inspired can help.  


We strongly feel that this is your space to reflect and understand your own personal situation.  We aim to be guided by you and operate an extremely flexible service.   


Below gives an overview of what Inspired can offer, but please contact us if further information is required.  Fees for training and consultation vary; individual sessions are charged per 50 or 90 minute session,  (Face to face, telephone and skype sessions availiable). 

Child and Young Persons Counselling


Specialist counselling for children and young people using an integrative approach including themes of solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, play and art therapy.

Parent Coaching and Support


Parent advice, support and counselling, on a variety of related issues for children from newborn up to 18 years.


Hosting interest groups on achieving child and family emotional wellbeing. 


Specialist support for ADHD and challenging behaviours.

Issues including:
  • Birth stories

  • ADHD and ASD management

  • Sleep problems  

  • Bedwetting and soiling

  • Baby and child feeding and routines

  • Toddler tantrums

  • Teenage challenging behaviours

  • 'Inspired Thinking: Kids, parenting and the will to be emotionally well' a 6 session course

Training and


Tailored packages offered to "early years" providers, schools and other child care settings on understanding, working with and promotion of emotional wellbeing.
