I'm an accredited specialist therapist, coach and change consultant based in East Grinstead, Sussex.

In 2008, I founded Inspired to talk and since then, I have supported hundreds of people of all ages, through proactive, innovative and solution-focused therapy, that is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Beyond therapy, I provide coaching and consultancy services focusing on nurturing personal, professional and strategic growth and continuous improvement change.

I have over 20 years experience working in private practice, charitable and healthcare service settings, in a number of specialist therapist and senior leadership roles.

I aim to provide the right environment for every individual so that together we can facilitate insight and positive change.

Phone call to discuss support options: Free (15 minutes)

Initial session: £65 (up to 1 hour 15 minutes)

Sessions there after: £60 (50 minutes - 1 hour)

Walk and talk sessions: £55 (50 minutes - 1 hour)
